| Tiivistelmä: | Zhangping city has adopted the following types of share holding corporations: share-holding cooperation among farmers, coalition between different cooperative organizations, multiple cooperative system with various shares overlapped. The cooperative share-holding system has the superiority of clear property rights , autonomous management, and flexible mechanism for it is an agglomeration of the advantages of both share holding and cooperation. Its existing problems are: there is no comprehensive knowledge of the share-holding cooperation; The asset evaluation is not quite scientific; The ownership of property rights has not been clarified and it operation has not gone onto the right track. |
