| Tiivistelmä: | In the 1900s, to realize the change of development strategy, the iron and steel industry has got 3 main tasks. Firstly we should speed up the advancement of scientific technology for the perfecting of the structure of industry. Second we should increase the output to meet the demands of developing national economy. Last, we should increase the labor productivity and economic profits. In the 1900's for overcoming the difficulties of the insufficient money and excessive labor force, we should put enterprises into activeness by allowing them rights of spending money and managing themselves, so as to establish gradually the modern enterprises system. |
