| Tiivistelmä: | At present, state enterprises's overall quality is lower, macroeconomic structure is not rational. Enterprises have heavy shoulder, their system is not reasonable, internal management is bad. We should change the relations between the government and enterprises, transfer the main body of enterprises, form the commodity production group of public ownership, reform the relations between the government and the ownership by the whole people, and the collective ownership, establish enterprises's internal system. |
