Visegrad health care systems are in crisis. No wonder. The Poles, Czechs, Slovaks and Hungarians, still reeling from history, are colliding with the future. Their population's faltering health - a legacy of the communist years which looks set to keep worsening - means an explosion of demand just when already stretched resources grow scarcer. |
