| Tiivistelmä: | Macro economic system reform should be deepened to create goal external environment. Great effort should be made to find out a transformation method from single state ownership to multiple public ownership. Relations between government and enterprise, bank and enterprise should be streamlined. The government should handle the relation between enterprise profit and bank profit artfully. Loan for policy consideration should be subsidized by financial department. Commercial loan should be operated by banks themselves. System of property right should be reformed. |
