| Tiivistelmä: | The share corporation system is limited in the organization system of corporation bank. We should setup a system of effective and venture restrained by itself. The credit cooperation in China only stresses "the manage independently", not "assume sole responsibility for profits and losses". The way out is to innovate the system of the existed credit corporation organization in China, and develop the modern corporation banks as soon as possible. |
