Because of size requirements and future plans for the new facility, it was important to determine exactly how modern technology would be applied. The company's goal was to employ state-of-the-art technology which would emphasize efficiency and improved productivity, thereby positively impacting the company's competitive position. Because this facility was replacing other plants, there was a need to quickly achieve operational levels of production. This article tells how this was achieved. |
