| Tiivistelmä: | Generally, organization theorists hold up two approaches to structure. The first, a melting pot solution, gives team the freedom to organize themselves, suggesting that structure and hierarchy are secondary, if not irrelevant. The second approach stems from the notion that somewhere out there is the perfect solution, be it matrix, parallel, service-based or fashioned after an orchestra. It is becoming more and more apparent that neither of these approaches represents a working solution. |
