| Tiivistelmä: | The dominant position of technical innovation in China's large and medium-sized enterprises should be acknowledged and favorable policies be given. In these enterprises special funds for technical innovation should be arranged to promote transforming their management mechanism in the shortest time. And they should reconstitute their assets storage according to the law of competition in market and strengthen the internal impetus for technical progresses. Through improving the external environment these enterprises can perfect their two-way choices for internal management mechanism. |
