| Tiivistelmä: | To expand the new advantage of introducing and utilizing foreign investment, the following steps should be taken: 1. Guarantee the stability and consistency of the policy of introducing foreign investment. 2. Reinforce the power of macro adjustment and control, and keep the proper level of openness and protection. 3. Speed up the steps in improving the environment for investment and the construction of infrastructure and auxiliary facilities. 4. Improve the efficiency of utilizing foreign investment and attract actively the direct investment of foreign financial institutions. 5. Actively introduce the direct investment of transnational companies. 6. Expand the issue of B share and attract the foreign investment. |
