| Tiivistelmä: | Prices of chemical fertilizers have been climbing at high digits, with urea and good-quality chemical fertilizers as marketable goods. The purchasing price of home-made urea chalked up as much as 1400-1500 yuan a ton in 1994. Problems with markets of chemical fertilizers were that the circulation system was not reformed properly, the circulation was in disorder, state-fixed prices of chemical fertilizers were difficult to put into effect, the ratio of self-sale and quality stipulated for producers of chemical fertilizers couldn't be ensured , and the prices of raw materials rose. This paper offers suggestions as to monopoly of chemical fertilizers, unified management of suppliers of fertilizers and reduction of the price rise of raw materials. |
