| Tiivistelmä: | 1994 saw the start of reforms in systems of taxation, public finance, commercial banks and the central bank. Taxation reform mainly aims to popularize the new flow tax system with the value-added tax as the mainstay, and to unify income taxes of domestic-funded enterprises and taxes on personal income. Reform of public finance means chiefly the adoption of the "tax-dividing system". And the main task of financial reform is to establish the financial market system. |
