| Tiivistelmä: | Under the precondition that the relations between enterprises and government should be clarified and their functions separated, the key to establishment of modern enterprise system is to redefine the basic property relations between owners and enterprises and to separate the ownership of investors from the property rights of enterprise legal persons. In addition, the relation between enterprises and society should be delineated to make them interdependent and make enterprises operate according to laws and participate in fair competition as well. At last, the relation between enterprises and their staff workers should be clear-cut in order to form an inspiring mechanism. |
