| Tiivistelmä: | Structural adjustment of the state-owned commercial organizations must proceed as required by the establishment of the modern enterprise system and the development of the socialist market economy. The existing manpower, material and financial resources must be disposed with optimization so as to form a new type of state-owned commercial organization structures led by big enterprises, with specialized, special-featured stores as the framework , and store chains as the network. Property rights should be reformed to speed up the adjustment of the state-owned commercial organization structures, and make the state- owned commerce further play its role as the leading channel . |
