| Tiivistelmä: | Because of the apparent disparity in subjective and objective conditions like ideology, environment for investment, economic strength and social security, the reform of property right system of enterprises in less- developed inland areas should be carried out in accordance with the time and the enterprises. The basic train of thought on the reform in these areas is to take various reform forms like reorganizing, uniting, joint venture, auction, leasing , newly establishing and reestablishing and etc. During the whole process of reforming property rights, some important principles should constantly be followed. They are effectiveness first, seeking truth from facts, giving consideration to interests, carrying out in batches and by stages, pushing ahead with other necessary measures and guiding by classification. |
