| Tiivistelmä: | "Chunlan phenomenon" is the image presentation of the economic wonder of Chunlan enterprise group. Chunlan group has grown out of a small state-run factory with assets valued at 2,000,000 yuan and staff and workers of 1000 merely through 10-year reform, it became a large-sized enterprise with assets valued at 2.6 billion yuan and staff and workers of 6000 in 1994. It produced 1, 400,000 Chunlan air conditioners a year by that time. 1985 saw the per capita labor productivity of 1,000,000 yuan which surpassed that of Japan's Matsushita and Mitsubishi groups. The "Chun lan phenomenon" indicates that the state enterprises can also create wonders. |
