| Tiivistelmä: | The areas along the border should take establishing regional markets as the important objective of their opening to the outside world, focusing on the development of Northeast Asian, Central Asian, Southeast Asian and South Asian markets. They should devote much attention to and encourage the investment of the companies and enterprises there in the neighboring countries. To develop the economy in the areas along the border, they must handle correctly the relation between "to open to the outside world" and "to ally internally" and the relation of depending on each other between the areas along the coast and the areas along the border. |
