| Tiivistelmä: | Business process reengineering is increasing in popularity among all types and sizes of organizations, but, surprisingly, a third of corporations surveyed reported that they were not satisfied with the results of their reengineering initiatives. Given this increased interest and investment in reengineering as well as the potentially high likelihood of failure, what can be done to safeguard this investment? This article describes some common pitfalls which, properly managed, can improve the chances of success of a given reengineering initiative. |
