| Tiivistelmä: | In the development of the security - intelligence services, there are certain defects which become more obvious whenever these services emerge from a system influenced by the negative side.Past experience (above all, in some Eastern European countries after the year 1989, but also by us) shows that the security - intelligence service functioned as "political police" or gathered information about "political oppnents".Along with the changes in the political system, there also came big changes in these services.The security - intelligence field in our country is still not settled, because there are doubts such as unclear limits of authority, coordination of thier work, control, and other possibilities for eventual abuses by which the activity can become "political police". |
