| Tiivistelmä: | In 1996, we'll continue to grasp in-depth the work of experimental units, sum up and popularize the experiences, integrate "point" and "sphere", and try to make break through substantially in such aspects as merger and bankruptcy, "reducing workers but raising efficiency", debt reorganization and "grasping well large enterprises while leaving the small ones to the local government". In addition, we should accelerate the structural adjustment and promote the development of a batch of enterprises with superiorities in order to form the pillar of national economy. At present, the gap between the enterprises with superiorities and the poorly-performing ones have been widened obviously, which can not be underestimated. So we should speed up the reform to guide the poorly-performing enterprises on to the prosperous road. |
