| Tiivistelmä: | China is the world's No.1 producing and exporting country of textiles and clothing, have exported USD 17.84 billion worth of textiles and clothing in the first half of 1995, 20 percent up from the same period of 1994. The USA is China's third biggest market, with a sales volume of USD 1.64 billion, and yet it tries to hinder this trade by using "Fibers Agreement". This paper makes an analysis of the effect of Uruguay Round Agreement and changes of American policies of textile trade. |
