| Tiivistelmä: | China's management system of state-owned resources(assets) in force has the following disadvantages: 1.there is no specified representative of the property right, 2. implicit property right relations result in heavy loss of state assets,3. lack of prices and low prices of resources prevent state resources from rational compensation, 4. public interests of resource management make difficult the sound input-output circulation in operation of resources. The solution lies in management of state-owned national resources as assets. |
