| Tiivistelmä: | In thc paper a model of simultaneously co-ordinated planning of one off production processes ( productinn) and repetitive production processes (batch production) shown, which enables: use of different planning methods for various types of production processes and various types of components (raw materials - manufactured parts) on-line testing of availability of components, with possibility to correct plan immediately, if a component can not be assured , common purchasing of raw materials , mode of work at the operational preparing of production can be adapted for specific needs of different types of production processes , incorporation in an integrated information system Is1odel comprises areas of preparation of the master production schedule (primary requirements planning) as of schedule required components and production capacities (secondary requirements planning) - both at the level of early planninG (tactical - basic plan) and short-term planning (operation plan). |
