Tiivistelmä: | Since the 1950s, market orientation, labelled the implementation of the marketing concept, has been repeatedly advocated, challenged, defended, and re-espoused. It has been claimed that a lack of market orientation by UK companies could be linked to a decline in their international competitiveness. In recent years, there has been a resurrection of interest in market orientation. A major study has addressed a number of issues on the implementation of market orientation. More recently, business orientation has been examined from a dynamic perspective, and a number of influences on market orientation have been identified. |
