| Tiivistelmä: | During the Ninth Five-Year Plan period the annual increase of state assets will come to about 500 billion yuan. 2010 can be chosen to be the year in which to restructure State-owned property right. Enterprises can determine whether they are sole proprietorships of the state, companies in which the state has a controlling stake or equity participation. By means of sales or transfer of the whole or a part the owner of property rights of assets in stock can be changed or decomposed. During restructuring of state assets, due attention must be paid to the appraisal of assets, structure of stockholders, disposal of debts, organizational structure, personnel restructuring and arrangement of the staff. |
