| Tiivistelmä: | Rationalization and benchmarking are today's slogans for enhancement of efficiency in enterprises. Especially, companies with a large branch network should find out about their potential of rationalization and flexibilization to remain contestable. In this article, we present a new approach for quantifying productivity of labour in service companies running a large branch network in view of benchmarking and efficiency comparison. It is based on new mathematical concepts, which have been tested successfully on real world data. |
