| Tiivistelmä: | The quality of foreign direct investment in Yunnan province is lower. It finds expression in the following: Almost all the foreign funded projects haven't involved basic industry like agriculture , communication and transportation, energy and important raw materials which need to develop urgently in Yunnan province. If no adjustment is made and no guidance is given in time, the "neck bottle" industries restricting economic development will become more backward. In the several industries with potential in development, the proportion of foreign investment in tourism and chemical industry is larger but that in other industries is either zero or small. |
