| Tiivistelmä: | As the development of multinational corporations may promote one country's factor endowment, it is necessary for the government to encourage and support them consciously. The compulsives of the government's means can make the cost of the course implementation relatively low and feasible. So the government needs to formulate policies to support the development of multinational corporations but can not intervene directly in their management. The existing Chinese multinational corporations, supported by the government and influenced by planned economy, practiced for a long time can not make the economic leverage used effectively. |
