| Tiivistelmä: | Innovation implementation within an organization is the process of gaining targeted employees' appropriate and committed use of an innovation. This article presents an integrative model of the determinants of the effectiveness of organizational implementation. The primary premise of the model is that implementation effectiveness is a function of an organization's climate for the implementation of a given innovation, and targeted organizational members' perceptions of the fit of the innovation to their values. |
