| Tiivistelmä: | With the utilization of foreign investment expanding and deepening in China, many important issues related to industrial property rights arose in the business of Sino- foreign joint ventures. This paper makes analysis of the above issues, especially a serial of issues concerning industrial property rights arising from providing funds in a form of technological transfer, such as the appraisal of in dustrial property rights, the mode of providing funds, the ownership of industrial property rights acquired in joint business and its disposal after the termination of joint business and also hits on solutions for them. |
