| Tiivistelmä: | Since America made public the plan on building its information super highway, great repercussions have been evoked worldwide. China has also made its great plans on the implementation of "Three Gold Projects" (the Gold Bridge, Gold custom and Gold Tax). As the internal and external conditions are not ripe now , China's foreign trade enterprises should first realize information management and establish information management network within enterprises. At the same time, they should also develop software suiting enterprises' management and make preparations in materials and personnel for the next step's task, that is establishing a network linking with units both in foreign trade and in related industries. |
