| Tiivistelmä: | 1996 economic situation has two outstanding characteristics : economic growth rate will begin to fall and the increase range of prices will become narrow. One conspicuous problem is that the state of the production and business of quite a number of industrial enterprises is not good. In the first half of 1996, the total volume of fulfilled profits of enterprises of independent accounting at (or above) county level fell by 36.3% and that of their losses rose by 50.5% over the same period of last year. 1997's economic growth rate will be higher than last year's. So we'll continue to adopt the moderately tight financial policy and curb inflation and strengthen macro control in adjusting supply structure (industries, products and enterprises), improving supply quality and reducing supply cost. |
