| Tiivistelmä: | At the present time, China's macro economic situation in an important period of transformation. The macro regulation and control have produced marked effect while at the same time, micro economy presents a depression trend. There exists obvious contrast between both. So at such a delicate moment, adopting the method of "tight finance and loose currency", after all, is a better option for it seizes the principal contradiction in the current economic life-- enterprises operating with difficulties and pour funds into enterprises, which is a best solution for this contradiction . It embodies the different characteristics of finance, and money and banking in regulation and control. |
