| Tiivistelmä: | Hong Kong's return to the motherland in 1997 will provide more favorable conditions for strengthening exchange and cooperation between Shenzhen securities market and Hong Kong securities market and for Shenzhen's learning the advanced experience from Hong Kong securities market. It will also create new chances of development for the listing companies in Shenzhen. Besides, it will attract more listing companies with outstanding achievement and enable them enter Shenzheng securities market. However, the input of a large amount of Hong Kong's funds and the formation of new investor groups will then make Shenzhen securities market more attractive to inland funds, investors and securities dealers and promote its boom. |
