| Tiivistelmä: | After reform, the cyclical fluctuation of China's economy entered a new stage in which the fluctuation of "high position--smooth" turned to one of "great upturn and downturn". The reasons are the internal changes of economic structure and the improvement of macro regulation and control as the external shock. The 1991-1995 economic cycle presented a trend of "sharply rising and slowly falling" while the new round of cycle presents a trend of "slowly rising and slowly falling". It means that in the future we should take the stable policy rather than the traditional one of "loosing comprehensively and then pushing forward swiftly and violently in the expanding stage of every cycle". |
