| Tiivistelmä: | The existing problems in transactions in the property rights of state-owned enterprises are as follows: The subjects of transactions, the behavior of subjects, the disposition of income from the transfer of state-owned enterprises' property rights, the intermediary institutions and examination and approval institutions all are not standardized. In view of the above problems, we should strengthen the management of transactions in property rights and standardize the operation of transactions in property right. Besides, for the support of the experimental work of modern enterprise system, we should make clear the investment subjects of state-owned assets and perfect the examination and approval procedure of the transfer of state owned enterprises' property rights. |
