Tiivistelmä:This paper shows evidence that sexual harassment exerts negative impact on women's psychological well-being and job attitudes and working behaviors, even at low frequencies. The analyses indicated that women not been harassed and those who had experienced low, moderate and high frequencies of harassment could be ordered on the basis of their job-related and psychological-outcome variates. The findings have implications for the management of the work groups in which tension exist because of sexual harassment. Managers should not dismiss claims of sexual harassment, the women who have experienced it are not oversensitive to benign compliments or comments.
