Tiivistelmä: | This paper explores the relationship between organizational retaliation behavior and organizational justice, considered as adverse reactions to unfairness by employees toward their employer. Interactional, distributive and prodecural justice interact to predict behavior of organizational retaliation. When there was low prodecural and interactional justice, a relation between distributive justice and retaliation was found. The results show that procedural and interactional justice are capable of functioning as substitutes for each other. The findings suggest that organizations wishing to reduce employee retaliotary behavior can do it by focusing on each of the three forms of justice. |
