| Tiivistelmä: | With the high-speed economic growth in China, the objective fact of the unequal distribution of income especially arouses social general concern. So seeking an effective way of combining economic growth with fair distribution of income has become one of the important tasks facing the governments at every level in China. We should learn seriously from the western countries and draw between market economic growth and income distribution. According to China's characteristics in this line, the author raises some strategic measures to narrow the gap in income and fight against poverty with the increase of investment in human resources of poverty-stricken population as the core and taxes and legal system matched, and the adjustment of macro policies as the basis. |
