| Tiivistelmä: | In view of the existing problems in implementing national treatment in the lines of intellectual property rights and investment, this paper makes the following suggestions: cancelling restrictive and preferential measures in a planned way and step by step according to China's actual conditions; protecting China's overseas investment; adopting tilting industrial policy; perfecting legal system; implementing policy tilting to the western area; weighing carefully the advantages and disadvantages when deciding which industries foreign investors are owed to enter; trying out actively "national treatment" in the specific areas. |
