| Tiivistelmä: | At present, in foreign exchange control, China has practised floating rate system and the system of bank's settling and selling exchange, established inter-bank foreign exchange market, cancelled mandatory planning of foreign exchange receipts and payments and set up the system of cancelling after verification for import and export. But China is still conducting planned management and system of examination and approval in regard to foreign exchange receipts and payments under capital account. In 1996, the reform measures, taken one after another are as follows: in operating foreign-invested enterprises' transactions of foreign exchange into the system of bank's settling and selling exchange, raising the standard of exchange supply for personal use, enlarging the scope of exchange supply, and so on. |
