| Tiivistelmä: | The Chinese government's external preferential loans are the medium-and long-term loans for aid, offered by the Chinese government to other developing countries. The import and Export Bank of China is the loan commitment bank, designated by the Chinese government. It is in charge of dealing with the loan business. China's embassy's division of economy and trade in the recipient countries does the following work: assisting the government in signing and implementing the frame work agreements, selecting and recommending project, assisting the bank in signing loan agreements, checking and supervising the projects under progress. This paper also discusses the condition for loans the mode of loan and procedure for application. |
