| Tiivistelmä: | The course of shifting the growth mode of foreign trade is in essence a course of export industries' developing towards a high level. To realise the shift, we must start from optimising the industrial structure. China's short-term objective in developing its export industries is to raise the technological level of labour-intensive export industries and the quality and grade of products. Its medium-term objective is to fully support the development of technology-intensive export industries like machinery, electronics, apparatuses and chemical industries. Its long-term objective is to cultivate with great efforts high and new technological industries to make them the strategic export industries in the future. |
