| Tiivistelmä: | There are some difference in such issues as origins of laws and forms of contracts between inland and Hong Kong area. These differences, however, will unlikely lead to too acute legal conflicts between these two areas. This paper makes an exploration as to how to draw for reference the rational part in Hong Kong's contract law in inland contract law in regard to the case law and forms of contracts. Doing so has certain realistic significance. |
