| Tiivistelmä: | The enterprises under the Sichuan provincial government have produced an unprecedented market effect in the reform of property rights system. This is attributed to their capturing the essence of and settling initially the long-standing problems in the state-owned enterprises through the transfer of property rights and "position-exchanging" of the subject of property. This revolution is more complex and arduous and deeper than the production contract system practised in the rural areas. This paper points out that we should perfect continuously the reform of property rights system with selling as the main form and promote the reform of medium-sized state enterprises' property right system according to the thinking of workers' earning assets for themselves. |
