| Tiivistelmä: | In the course of merger of enterprises in China, there exist such problems as unclear property rights relationship, the restriction of traditional system, vague awareness of merger and the behaviour of merger, which is not standardised. To solve them, we should, 1. understand comprehensively and systematically the function and effect of the merger of enterprises, 2.deepen reform in an effort to solve the existing problems as soon as possible with the reform as the driving force to create the necessary conditions for the merger of enterprises, 3.standardize system in order to establish a perfect system for the merger of enterprises. Besides, the government should strengthen its guidance and supervision of the merger of enterprises. |
