| Tiivistelmä: | To develop China's capital market, the most pressing matter of the moment is to activate capital in stock. Next, great efforts should be made to perfect and develop securities market for stack market is becoming the main channel for Chinese enterprises' directly financing and the listed companies have become the enterprises which have the condition for establishing modern enterprise system. The listed companies, however, need to be reorganised according to standards in order to bring into play their role in capital market. Besides, at the proper opportune, let state shares and corporate shares enter market. Common fund, should also be developed actively to reduce risks. At last, the co-operation between capital markets within China's territory should be strengthened. |
