| Tiivistelmä: | Utilising foreign investment is an important component part of China's reform and opening policy. The introduction of foreign investment has played an important role in promoting China's economic development and reform and opening up. But it has also exerted negative influence, such as weakening China's technological level and its ability of development of technology causing the unbalanced speeds of regional growth and widening gap in income. In the future, China will still utilise foreign investment and use many forms of financing like FDI, using foreign funds and the international securities market and "BOT". Besides, it will further improve the management of foreign investment and facilitate China's foreign investment. |
