| Tiivistelmä: | This paper studies the history of enterprises' rising, flourishing and declining and the problem of existence they are faced with. On the basis of the above, it then discusses this problem existing in larger, medium-and small-sized enterprises as well as the enterprises with better performance in business operation. Starting from changes in environment and administrators' reaction to them, it analyses the reasons for their existence crisis and also discusses the significance of internal management and enterprises' objective of existence to existence. |
