| Tiivistelmä: | Since reform and opening up, foreign investment has become an major driving force of economic growth in China. But at the same time, the rapid expansion of scale of foreign debt and foreign capital's dominating Chinese market have exerted harmful influence on China's economy. China should draw experience and lessons from the developing countries in Latin America in utilizing foreign investment and make scientifically strategic choice. It means to change the key point of utilizing foreign investment from being quantity-oriented to quality-oriented, combine organically utilizing foreign investment with protecting national industry, adjust timely the mode of utilizing foreign investment and increase investment in international securities. |
